Location
Our four day journey starts at Abiqua, a camp site on the banks of the Orange River, close to the town called Noordoewer. Noordoewer is situated in Namibia, a few kilometres from Vioolsdrif, the South African border post. Our journey ends at the Norotshama River Lodge, outside Aussenkehr, 40km if travelled by road. Travelling down the majestic Orange River provides you with the opportunity to experience the Richtersveld in a unique way. The distance paddled on the river amounts to 65 km.
