Accommodation

The first and last evenings are spent at the Abiqua camp site on the river side. Abiqua offers camping sites (some with power points) equipped with individual braai/barbecue facilities, neat ablution blocks and a cash bar.

The second, third and fourth evenings will be spent on the banks of the river. Most paddlers enjoy sleeping under the starlit sky, while others prefer to bring a small tent, especially during the winter months. Rain is rare, although dew might occur during the night.
